Marc was willing to provide a general estimate for what he suspected might be the issue, which I appreciated. He quickly got to my job and made a thorough repair. His shop rate was less than the dealer. He sent me a video showing that the repair was completed, so good communication (I still wanted to test it in the water). I will use him again for boat repair.
